The findings form both research projects have developed into my current research project which seeks to understand the generation of intellectual capital in professional services firms. This project (sponsored by the CIPD) is conducted in collaboration with Cornell University wellbutrin sr. Although challenging it is opening up new and exciting avenues that speak to both practitioner and academic audiences

Reflecting on previous research and conversations with colleagues who have set out to understand organisational knowledge, this website will be used as a resource to integrate the theory and practice in the field of knowledge in organisations.

My main interests include the action-orientated approach to collective knowledge, knowledge processes in professional services firms, developing knowledge mapping and representation methods through systems thinking  and the social and psychological roots of     collective knowledge.
